An opportunity has arisen in our client's Employment team for a senior associate to join in London.

The role would suit someone who is looking to step up in their career and become a conduit between clients and the team. Having experience running high value litigation cases, conducting investigations (or advising on approach to investigations) and working with financial services clients, including a good grounding of the regulatory regime applicable to financial services clients, is highly desired for this role.

In your core work, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of Employment law matters across litigation, the general advisory on all aspects of Employment law and Corporate and Real Estate transactions, with a strong current emphasis on litigation.

Lawyers advise on issues including whistleblowing, discrimination, restrictive covenants, disciplinaries, grievances,

investigations, senior executive exits, redundancies and remuneration, across a range of sectors, but particularly within the financial sector. Also dealt with are the Employment aspects arising out of mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and team moves.

You will be nurtured and supported by a group with a strong track record of legal and personal development throughout the associate ranks. Within this structure, you will be encouraged to foster your own rapport with clients and forge your own career path.

Candidates are likely to have a minimum of 5 PQE to be suitable for the role, have a strong track record of working on UK Employment law matters and a strong academic background.
