We have a confidential opportunity with a prestigious firm based in Bristol.

About the Role:

  • Position: Commercial Disputes Solicitor/Associate
  • Location: Bristol
  • Experience: NQ - 5 years PQE

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle a diverse caseload of commercial disputes matters, including contract disputes, professional negligence claims, and contentious IP matters.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients, managing cases from inception through to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and submissions, and represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution forums.

Requirements:

 

 

  • Qualified UK solicitor with experience working in a Commercial environment on commercial disputes matters.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of commercial litigation procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
