Your new firm
This premier international firm are top of their game in the Projects sector, advising high-profile international clients across the public and private sectors. With a growing Bristol-based operation which works as one team with their London team, they are now keen to recruit an experienced Non-Contentious Projects or Construction lawyer to join their award-winning team in Bristol.

Your new role
You will be joining one of the UK's premier Projects teams assisting on complex domestic and international major projects, with a key focus in the waste, energy, construction, restructuring, and mining sectors. Advising on major infrastructure projects that often stretch into the multi-billions, you will be working with an enviable domestic and international private base, as well as domestic and international government bodies. You will have the opportunity to work closely alongside the partners in the team and take a lead on matters of your own; leading often multi-departmental teams to deliver a seamless client service.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced projects or construction lawyer with experience of handling complex major projects on a domestic and/ or international level. Experience of handling the full raft of project documentation and standard form JCT documentation will be crucial, along with ideally experience in providing wider construction advice on real estate development and financing schemes.
Whilst international experience would be desirable, Projects lawyers with predominantly domestic experience would still be very welcome.

What you'll get in return
You will be joining a market-leading Projects team and enjoy exposure to a quality of work rarely found outside of London, whilst enjoying all the lifestyle benefits of being based in the Southwest. You will work alongside a supportive and collaborative team, offering flexible working from the start. A generous bonus scheme is on offer alongside a market-leading salary with great career prospects.
With both flexible and hybrid working options available, this is a great opportunity that would suit full or part-time Lawyers, and those already in the Southwest or those looking to relocate to the Southwest in the future.

We would expect a lawyer with the given PQE to havegained the level of experience required, but this does not precludeapplications from those with more or less PQE.
