My client is a highly regarded law firm with top-tier legal 500 rankings for private client and court of protection work. They are seeking a private client solicitor with experience in COP work to join a growing and ambitious but supportive team in London.

The role would see you join a highly regarded practice that acts for and advises a range of HNW clients and estates across the UK. You can expect a mixed workload specialising on matters regarding deputyship, working directly with clients and their families, therefore knowledge of this area is a must, experience with mental capacity is also a bonus but not essential.

Overall, this position presents the successful candidate with a high-profile caseload and a highly competitive salary and benefits package for the right individual. The firm has also been recognised by the industry for its market-leading approach to flexible working and work/life balance. If you are passionate about this area of law, then this role should not be overlooked.
