A leading Liverpool City Centre law firm is looking to recruit a Legal Administration Assistant to support the Quality Assurance teams.

You will undertake general administrative duties as allocated by the Quality Assurance Managers. You will maintain training, auditing and customer support records and various management information platforms. 

You will be required to demonstrate administrative experience and strong IT skills. This role would suit an individual  who is keen to take on a new opportunity where you will gain exposure to long-term career development and training opportunities. 

Duties include

  • Maintain the Training and Auditing Databases
  • Maintain and administer all external online learning platforms
  • Maintain Training Plans and Records for all staff
  • Book external training courses for colleagues, as and when required
  • Arrange internal training, including booking rooms, sending invites, collation of feedback
  • Liaise with other internal stakeholders, as and when required, to assist colleagues in the QA Department
