Your new company
Our client is a top PI law firm based in the North West. They are ranked in the Top 100 law firms and have been recognised by the Legal 500 for over a decade. They are currently recruiting a Personal Injury Prisoner Claims Lawyer to join their industry-leading team during a period of growth.

Your new role
This Personal Injury Prisoner Claims Lawyer role will see you handle pre- and post-issue prison injuries. The majority of injuries will be of a fast-track nature, however, there may be the opportunity to hand a caseload of intermediate and multi-track cases.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor/CILEx. Non-qualified applicants with significant experience may also be considered. Previous experience managing your own litigated caseload of CICA claims or fast-track public liability cases from inception to completion is essential. Successful applicants will have a proven billing record handling a litigated caseload and a tenacious attitude towards the work they do. Knowledge of the 'Proclaim' case management system is beneficial.

What you'll get in return
This is a great opportunity for Personal Injury Prisoner Claims lawyers with strong litigation experience, where you can expect an interesting and mixed caseload. A competitive salary and hybrid working structure is available and negotiable dependent upon experience. The firm offers a generous commission structure paid monthly based on cases settled.
