A multi-service, longstanding law firm based in St Helens is currently looking to grow its team through the addition of an experienced Conveyancing Assistant. 

You will be required to demonstrate previous experience within a similar role and have a strong knowledge of the conveyancing process.

As a Conveyancing Assistant for this regionally recognised firm, you will gain exposure to a diverse workload and have the opportunity to work within a highly established team with a strong presence within the Conveyancing market.

This role is fulltime and office-based. Salary will be dependent on experience. 

Duties to include:

  • Assisting conveyancers in the day to day handling of a full range of conveyancing files from inception through to completion
  • Liaising with clients and other third parties, ensuring they are updated at all times
  • Keeping the case management system and any third party web sites up to date in real time
  • Preparing required documentation as required with the conveyancing process
  • Preparing the completion packs for the accounts department, to include completion statements and invoices
