What will you do? 

  • Give a full range of good quality respondent employment advice to employers
  • A mixture of contentious and non-contentious work 
  • Employment Tribunal Work, Equality and Discrimination 
  • Unfair/Wrongful Dismissal 
  • Disciplinary and Grievance 
  • TUPE, Maternity and Paternity, and Redundancy 
  • Settlement Agreements 
  • Give employment law training to managers and HR teams to ensure that they have a good working knowledge of their employment law obligations, and can apply this knowledge in the workplace

What will you need? 

  • At least 1 year of experience as an employment solicitor or legal executive
  • Employment experience 
  • Ideally your experience should be from a respondent background, but this is not essential
