•The Firm seeks a dependable and meticulous Legal Professional with proven expertise in overseeing and managing all aspects of the Residential Conveyancing process.

•The appointed Residential Conveyancer will handle a diverse range of cases, encompassing sales, purchases, and remortgages for various types of residential properties, overseeing them from the initial instruction to completion.

•Applications are welcomed from candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience handling a varied and busy caseload of Residential Property matters.

•One of the firm's core values is providing quality client service. Therefore, the successful candidate should have strong communication and organisation skills to offer the best service for understanding and meeting clients' needs.
