Highly regarded national firm recruiting an associate with circa 3-4 years' PQE to join their Real Estate team in the firm's London office.

The real estate teams work closely with commercial and residential property developers and landowners, commercial landlords and investors, banks and institutional lenders, commercial tenants or business owners. 

The real estate teams also operate in a variety of sectors, including Retail & Leisure, Health & Social Care, TMT & Life Sciences and Charities.

Duties will include:
•    Managing a caseload of files, dealing effectively with cases and transactions.
•    Building credibility with clients and developing own client relationships through managing client expectations regarding options, outcomes, risk and timescales.
•    Grow internal and external networks of clients, intermediaries and contacts.
•    Attending networking events, writing publications/marketing materials and speaking at seminars.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with circa 3-4 years' PQE, previous experience of managing own commercial property matters and the ability to coach and mentor more junior lawyers.
