COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 1-4 YEARS PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE / HYBRID, COMPETITIVE + BENEFITS – A new opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading team. JOB REF: 2951.

• My client is looking for a commercial property solicitor with a strong technical background who is confident working on complex commercial property matters and able to provide high levels of client service.
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 1-4 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will handle a variety of commercial property matters to include landlord and tenant, high value and complex property development, sales and purchases of owner occupied and investment property and secured lending.
• You will be able to demonstrate solid, technical capability along with an appetite to get involved in business development.
• You will join a progressive law firm with a long history and a reputation built on providing outstanding service and legal advice.
