The role is suitable for a NQ with 6+ months’ experience of employment claimant work and with good knowledge of the employment tribunal process.

  • Running a case load of client matters under supervision
  • Dealing with matters at all stages, from taking the client’s initial instructions through to archiving, in accordance with office and accounts procedures
  • Obtaining and preparing file documentation
  • Billing files and obtaining monies due to the firm from the clients and other parties.
  • Dealing with client enquiries
  • Providing support to other fee earners in the Employment department

You will have a minimum of circa 6 months’ experience to be considered for this role.
