We are working with a reputable Local Authority in the Nottinghamshire region looking for a Commercial Legal Practitioner to join their busy department for a maternity cover period of an initial 6 months’.


The successful candidate must have upwards of 6 months’ experience in:

  • Commercial and Contracts law matters in a local authority


Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing contracts/deeds for signing and managing legal completions
  • Providing support to the solicitors within the department when required


Pay rate is between £20-30 per hour.


The council offer a flexible working environment. This is a full-time position.


The local authority is looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible. Due to the urgent nature of the role, we are looking to speak to candidates available on no more than 2 weeks’ notice. Previous planning legal experience is essential.
