Jameson Legal attended a briefing today with our client, a long-established and highly regarded firm in the West End, whose Corporate department is looking to hire two candidates into the team; at the 2-3 PQE and 5-6 PQE levels.

The roles will involve a broad and varied range of Corporate work for clients in a variety of sectors, including the media, technology and entertainment industries. The team acts for corporates (both private and public), entrepreneurs, intermediaries, investors and owner-managers in these industries.

In addition to a strong academic background, the successful candidate will have had solid training and hands-on transactional Corporate experience. You will also be ambitious and will be keen to take on responsibility, as the work will involve a mix of a relatively high degree of responsibility for the slightly smaller transactions and working as a senior member of a team on the larger ones.

The successful candidate can expect to work with all of the partners within the group.

For a confidential chat about this, or other roles which we are handling, please contact Laura Klass.

Please note that where a level of preferred experience or qualification is indicated, this is a guideline only and does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience.

Jameson Legal acts as an employment business for temporary recruitment and as an employment agency for fixed term contract and permanent recruitment.
