An opportunity has arisen to join a nationally acclaimed award winning firm based in Yorkshire! This role is for self-motivated Family Solicitors based in or around Leeds or willing to commute to the firm's Leeds office. 

You will ideally have (amongst other skills); exceptional knowledge and experience in family law, high standard client care skills, proficiency in the eligibility criteria for legal aid and the rules, fantastic written and verbal communication, outstanding interpersonal and marketing skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Salary: Competitive - DOE and memberships 

General responsibilities of the role include but is not limited to:

  • Day to day handling of a wide mixture of matters including divorce, private children, non-molestation orders and financial relief 
  • Running your own caseload under supervision
  • Attending court
  • Taking instructions from clients, drafting documents and letters
  • Preparing legal aid applications
