The Assistant General Counsel position is a key role within the Legal Department, providing legal advice on a range of issues within. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial contracts and data protection.

  • Providing legal advice to various departments within the company.
  • Handling commercial contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements.
  • Advising on data protection and privacy matters.
  • Supporting the General Counsel on various legal projects.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in law and advising the business accordingly.
  • Managing and resolving legal disputes.
  • Supporting corporate governance and compliance activities.
  • Participating in the development of internal guidelines, procedures, and legal training.


A successful Assistant General Counsel should have:

  • A law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
