A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Adults Social Care Lawyer to join a reputable, well-respected local authority on a locum basis.

The duties of the Adults Social Care Lawyer will include:

  • Dealing with Deprivation of Liberty cases
  • Advising on Court of Protection matters
  • Ordinary Residence
  • Judicial Review
