Your new role

This housing solicitor role will see you handle a broad range of housing based property work for its established list of housing clients. The work will include shared ownership and open market plot sales, right to buy and right to acquire transactions, lease extensions, surrenders and re-sales of residential properties, property and land disposals and auctions. The team is well resourced and you can look forward to plenty of client contact as well as excellent training and development.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a housing lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 3 years' pqe. Alternatively, applications are invited from commercial property or residential conveyancing lawyers who are keen to make a move into the housing sector.
