A highly established law firm with a large family practice is looking to expand their team with new additions. The role is working on a fully remote basis with some incredible benefits - including a bonus scheme of up to 25% of what you bill post target!

This a rare opportunity, and you will be working on high quality work from day one.

What we are looking for:

The position will require strong experience in private family law. You will need:

  • Experience of working in a family solicitor position
  • A focus on providing the best outcome for your clients, with a focus on mediation and resolution
  • Ability to handle a busy a busy caseload
  • Ideally management experience, or experience in supporting more junior members of staff
  • Sound technical knowledge with strong negotiation skills
  • Some areas you may work within will include; divorce, financial matters, annulments, cohabitation, pre and post-nuptial agreements, private children's law disputes, and more
