Commercial offshore law firm in the BVI is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Barrister of 4 or more years’ PQE/Call. The team is instructed by a wide range of financial institutions, fiduciary service providers, commercial entities and private individuals based worldwide our expert teams are involved in a broad spectrum of litigation work. This includes trust disputes, insolvencies, boardroom battles, fraud and asset recovery, regulatory enforcement and arbitration. The successful candidate will work as part of the team providing a full range of litigation services involving a variety of contentious work, including contentious trust and company, cross border fraud and insolvency. You will also take personal responsibility for the management of matters (with an appropriate level of supervision where appropriate), as well as being  involved in the supervision of more junior members of the team. You will be expected to assist in the promotion and development of the litigation team as a whole in the BVI and across the firms’ jurisdictions by working with the Partners and assistants in business development activities. Applications are welcome from candidates working in the England & Wales or Scottish jurisdictions, as well as those currently working in Canada, Australia or New Zealand. It goes without saying that applications are also welcome from those lawyers already working offshore.
