Well-regarded Charities law team in London is looking to recruit a Charities lawyer (Senior Associate/Legal Director) of 5 or more years’ PQE. The team advises a broad range of national charities, as well advising clients in the independent schools sector. They have a full overview of the landscape of charity law, they can support governance and manage risk, offer clear, detailed advice and solutions beyond the matter at hand. The successful candidate will undertake the following: • Advise on a range of legal issues within the charity/social enterprise sector • Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within the sector, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge • Contribute to business development opportunities and identify networking opportunities internally and externally, marketing and cross selling • Supporting and training junior members of the team.

This vacancy has come about due to the continued success and growth of the team. You may be a Senior Associate or Legal Director with a background in either charities and/or social enterprise work, and who is looking to join a top tier team. You will work closely with the Head of the Team, supporting junior Lawyers and focusing on complex work.
