An award-winning, top tier international law firm located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre is now seeking a Real Estate Solicitor (NQ - 3) to join its top ranked team in Edinburgh.

You will work on high-end investment and occupier deals for prominent UK and international corporates, as well as retail investments, urban regeneration schemes, strategic developments, property finance, and other major projects. Real Estate Finance and large-scale asset management are also areas of interest. Prior experience in all these sectors is not required, but a keen interest and willingness to learn are essential.

The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience in a large regional or national practice, a strong academic background, and an outgoing personality. You will also be technically excellent, commercially aware and be enthusiastic about business development. Being a team player with a strong client focus is a must!

Joining an experienced team of fee earners across Scotland where you will be exposed to the very best real estate work and offering the potential for dual qualification in English property, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
