Sellick Partnership is thrilled to have partnered with a Local Authority in the Southeast in the recruitment for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to specifically undertake work in relation to Levelling Up.

Our client is able to offer a very flexible working environment. If preferred, the successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer can work predominantly from home.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Contracts Lawyer:

  • Advice, negotiation and drafting of contracts, collateral, funding agreements, etc. in relation to Levelling Up
  • Procurement advice

Experience required for the Commercial Contracts Lawyer:

  • Qualified solicitor, barrister or equivalent
  • Previous Local Government experience would be desirable, but not essential.
