Head of Debt Recovery – Birmingham. Starting salary of at least £80,000 with an excellent benefits package. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm and establish their debt recovery team for them in Birmingham. The firm has an excellent work life balance and has a significant number of individuals who are all ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. This is a really exciting opportunity to establish and build a debt recovery practice. If you wish to chat through a potential team move this is something my client will consider.

o My client already has a well established debt recovery practice and is now looking for someone to come in and build the debt recovery department in Birmingham
o You will be responsible for leading the debt recovery team and will maintain the high quality, business focused bespoke service which is already in place.
o You will ultimately be responsible for building and developing the debt recovery team in Birmingham, whilst at the same time providing an excellent service to existing client
o You will also be required to build client relationships in Belfast to further facilitate the growth of the team.
o You will ideally be currently running a debt recovery practice which is focused on B2C and will be bored working in your current firm and looking or a new and exciting challenge
o You will be tasked with expanding on the existing client base of the firm and also building and developing the Belfast offering of the debt recovery team.
o You will be client focused and commercially aware with an ability to provide technical and strategic about debt collection. You will be ambitious driven and a natural leader. Not asking for much, but my client is driven in finding the right person for this role.
