They are seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Private Client department by managing a caseload of matters independently and providing high-quality assistance to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Manage a caseload of Private Client matters under the supervision of solicitors, including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and tax planning.
  • Liaise with clients to gather relevant information and provide updates on the progress of their cases.
  • Draft legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with legal research and analysis to support the preparation of legal advice and strategy.
  • Maintain organized case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Support solicitors in preparing for meetings, hearings, and other client interactions.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as billing, file management, and correspondence, efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

 

 

 

 

  • Prior experience working as a Paralegal in Private Client law.
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload of Private Client matters independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
