Our client is looking for a Delivery Manager - Real Estate to join their Managed Legal Services Department in Manchester.

Client Details

Our client is a top international law firm with offices in Manchester. They have a great reputation throughout the industry and are looking for a Delivery Manager we are recruiting a Delivery Manager to support the MLS Delivery teams in ensuring that the team is delivering a world class legal service to practice groups and external clients. The role will support engagement strategies with both sectors and groups and focus on the pastoral care and development of the legal delivery teams and their capabilities.


As a Delivery Manager - Real Estate team you will:

  • Line manage a team of paralegals focused on delivery of work to both lawyers and external clients. This will include day to day supervision, training and development, and management of direct reports​
  • Supervise the delivery of services to end users​
  • Service delivery management support on engagements as required. This includes resource planning, quality assurance, output/efficiency reviews and progress reporting​
  • Continually develop delivery models to ensure best in class service​
  • Develop effective working relationships across relevant practice groups and sectors ​
  • Work with Resource Management to effectively manage the allocation of work, and monitor/manage capacity and workload levels


A successful Delivery Manager - Real Estate should have experience of managing a team of paralegals/junior members of staff as well as KPI setting and service delivery.
