A Solicitors firm in Witney is looking to recruit an administrative assistant to their team. 

The successful candidate will be providing day to day assistance within the office performing duties such as:-

- Typing up of letters and documents
-  Scanning and photocopying of paperwork
- Filing documents
- Dealing with incoming enquiries and either advising where appropriate or taking accurate messages to pass on.
- Preparing meeting rooms to a high standard for client meeting
- Taking notes in meetings
- Data inputting into case management systems

Any experience of working in an office environment in an administrative position would be beneficial but not essential as the firm will also consider entry level candidates looking to get into this sort of role. 

It is essential that you are well organised and have a personable nature with a desire to learn new skills. 

The salary for this role will be based on experience but will be competitive.
