Commercial Property Associate/Senior Associate (4+ years')

A leading law firm renowned for its expertise in Commercial Property, with over 40 fee earners in its Scottish team is now seeking commercial property associates/senior associates to join the team in Glasgow. 

You will engage in diverse commercial property transactions including office, logistics, retail, student accommodation, build-to-rent, infrastructure, real estate finance, and large-scale asset management working with high-profile UK and international investors.

Responsibilities:

• High-end investment and occupier deals for top UK and international corporates
• Working on retail investments, urban regeneration schemes, strategic developments, and property finance matters 
• Collaborating with teams across the UK

The successful candidate will ideally have gained commercial property experience in a large commercial firm. You will also be commercially minded as well as technically excellent and have a solid client focused approach where you enjoy business development.
