Our client is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an exciting time to join an established team who deal with varied Corporate deals across Yorkshire.

Our client is an established regional law firm with offices across Yorkshire. The Corporate team is recognised by the legal directories and it has grown recently with the appointment of new Partners. The firm offers a good work life balance and hybrid working.

Description

The Corporate Solicitor can expect a varied workload including;

• Working with several Partners on mid value Corporate deals
• Dealing with work such as acquisitions and disposals, business structures, join ventures and corporate governance issues.
• Managing a caseload of corporate transactions
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Working collaboratively with other team members in the department
• Contributing to business development initiatives within the firm

Profile

The successful Corporate Solicitor should have:

• Around 0-3 years PQE
• Strong academics
• An interest in Corporate law
• Ties to Leeds
• Experience in handling a variety of corporate transactions

Job Offer

• An estimated salary range of £45000 - £58000 per annum
