Legal Counsel (Corporate/Compliance) - Hangzhou, China

This pioneering multinational shipping business is seeking to hire an experienced lawyer in their Hangzhou office in China, where they are working on an exciting energy based joint venture.

The role will have a heavy focus on corporate governance, and this experience is welcomed, but general corporate/commercial experience, or compliance exposure would also be welcomed. Both fluent (business level) Mandarin and English is required, as is a robust and confident personality.

Hangzhou is an exciting and developing city with a good range of entertainments and restaurants, and not far from cosmopolitan Shanghai.
