Sellick Partnership are delighted to be recruiting for a Deputy Monitoring Officer to join a well-respected and friendly team at a small local authority in the East Midlands on aminimum 4 month assignment likely to extend.
The Deputy Monitoring Officer will report to the Monitoring Officer, and responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:
- Commentating on committee reports
- Dealing with member complaints
- Advising on the constitution
- Managing a small legal team
- Attending committee meetings
The successful candidate will ideally attend the office once weekly however candidates that need more flexibility will be considered.
If you have a proven track record in providing strong, professional leadership, efficiently managing performance and resources, or would like a step up from Team leader of either contracts, property, planning or litigation then we would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with you.
