Litigation Manager
Position: Litigation Manager
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Working Hours: 35 hours per week – Hybrid Flexible Working
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
The role requires a Litigation Manager with over 5 years of litigation experience to lead a team of Solicitors, Fee Earners, Trainee Solicitors, and Legal Assistants. The department focuses on Housing Disrepair cases but also handles Personal Injury, Japanese Knotweed, and Data Breach claims. While experience in these specific areas is not mandatory, full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities include managing and supporting the litigation team, developing effective litigation strategies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and overseeing document review and approvals. The manager will also conduct file reviews, motivate the team, and provide performance reports to senior management. Organising team meetings and assessing staffing needs are also part of the role.
