This market-leading City firm is looking to hire an ambitious associate to work across all types of aircraft and financing structures. The team acts for airlines, lessors, lenders, financial institutions and investors on commercial and business aircraft finance transactions worldwide. The matters are generally international and include multi-billion dollar new aircraft orders, thousands of aircraft and engine operating lease and leveraged operating lease finance transactions, tax-structured financings, insurance and guarantee-backed financings, pre-delivery payment financings and advising on commercial disputes, enforcement and workout situations. There is also the opportunity to be involved in regulatory work and supporting finance/leasing-based litigation.
