Banking and Finance Partner with experience of acquisition finance, real estate finance and general secured lending.

You will be looking to join a firm offering all the benefits any fee-share firm can offer such as control, autonomy and financial reward within an inclusive and collaborative team culture.

The firm combines the best parts of traditional law firms and fee-share firms and its approach to recruitment, collaboration, infrastructure, and support are more aligned to traditional firms.

ABOUT YOU

With 8pqe+ you will be joining a team which already has work internally and will need a c 80k minimum following to make it work. Additionally you can be located anywhere, and will be remunerated on a fee-share basis.

It is worth noting you will be the firm's first banking and finance lawyer so should have have the ability to help grow the team.

You will also be involved in the recruitment of other lawyers in that same practice area (to help build the team culture element) and the ability for now to take all the finance support work from the corporate and real estate team.
