This is an excellent opportunity for any Associate Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career towards seniority or Partnership and join a rapidly growing Kent firm.
This Chambers ranked, Legal 500 firm with offices in Kent and London are now looking to recruit a further Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic and highly regarded team at their picturesque market town offices situated in Kent.
About the Role
The commercial department have a reputation for offering high quality, intelligent commercial advice to a range of clients. They are looking for a senior Solicitor/Partner with a solid track record in handling a broad spectrum of commercial property transactions, including sales and purchases, secured lending, investment, development, options and conditional contracts and non-contentious landlord and tenant matters.
Candidate Requirements
You will need at least 8 years PQE, with a solid track record in Commercial Property or a specific specialism within Commercial Property. They will look at Partners or Senior Associates looking to progress to Partner level and you will need to be confident in establishing new business.
