Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review complex contracts
- Handle business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
- Manage compliance and risk assessment
- Represent businesses in litigation and dispute resolution
- Provide general legal advice on various corporate matters

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years PQE gained within a leading regional or city Firm
- Demonstrable expertise in preparing sale and purchase agreements and other technically demanding documents
- Excellent technical knowledge of all areas of company commercial law, including buying and selling businesses
