Head of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence
Location: Birmingham
PQE: 8+ Years
Salary: Up to £70,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Solicitor or Legal Executive to lead a team in providing legal services for Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims. This role involves leading a team and managing a varied caseload, specifically focusing on personal injury and clinical negligence claims on behalf of claimants.

Required Experience:

• A minimum of 8 years' PQE focused on personal injury and clinical negligence claims.
• Experience managing complex cases independently, including both multi-track and fast track cases.
• A track record of handling complex and high-value claims for claimants.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Strong background in litigation, specifically with RTA, Employer Liability, Public Liability, and Clinical Negligence.
• Excellent skills in managing client relationships.
