Remote Commercial Litigation Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has become available on a remote basis, for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE. 

You will be joining a forward-thinking business focused law firm currently experiencing a good period of organic growth. Its clients include leading technology start-ups and owner managed companies across a range of industry sectors, and often international in scope. 

You will benefit from the kind of experience not available at larger firms and will learn more, contribute more and grow personally and professionally in a way that will exceed your expectations.

This firm is looking to open a Northern office and so ideally you will be based in the North, as there will be scope to open a new office should that align with your career aspirations. Alternatively, it has a number of members of staff working on a 100% remote basis and as such would be happy to accommodate this. 

The role is varied and involves advising on disputes across practice areas, including:

• Property
• Corporate/commercial
• Employment
• Wills and probate
• Intellectual property
