Key Responsibilities:

• Inbox Management: Efficiently handle and prioritise incoming emails, ensuring prompt responses and actions
• Fee Earner/Workload Organisation: Assist fee earners by organising and managing their workloads to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency
• Document Preparation: Prepare, format, and review legal documents and correspondence with precision and attention to detail
• Client Billing/eBilling: Manage client billing processes, including the preparation and submission of e-bills, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Typing: Provide accurate and timely typing support for various documents and correspondence

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the intellectual property sector or a related field
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in document preparation and formatting
• Experience with client billing and e-billing systems
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
