Real Estate Solicitor

I am working with a top-tier Legal 500 firm based in Central London, renowned for its expertise in property law and commitment to client satisfaction, as it expands its Real Estate team. 

About the Role:

• You will be working on a broad caseload of commercial property work to include sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, and secured lending
• With a strong focus on investment property portfolios, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including large property funds, private property companies, retailers, HNW individuals, lenders, charities, and educational establishments
• Your responsibilities will encompass the sale and purchase of residential and new build properties, as well as commercial premises, and the renewal of commercial leases
• You will demonstrate expertise in leasehold enfranchisement, advising on both collective enfranchisement and lease extensions, representing the interests of landlords and tenants alike

About you:

• You should have at least 5 years’ experience in commercial property law
• Proven track record in handling sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, and secured lending
• Specialisation in advising on investment property portfolios, including leasehold enfranchisement is advantageous
