A Leading Manchester law firm is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work within the firm’s client services team. This is a telephone-based role and you will be required to have excellent communication skills.
You will be working within a busy team where you will be liaising with new clients, taking initial information and communicating with internal departments, ensuring accurate information is taken with regards to new client enquiries.
**This role is full time office based, 35 hours a week on a rota basis covering the hours from 8am to 7pm**
Duties
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the departments within the firm and the type(s) of work that they primarily deal with
- Communicate with clients regarding their legal queries and guide them to the appropriate department
- Consistently obtain and process all essential client information accurately on the Proclaim system
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to build trust and ensure repeat custom and client recommendations
- Liaise with clients via phone calls, email and text messaging to capture business
