A modern civil litigation firm in the heart of Liverpool has a very exciting opening for a confident and experienced team leader to lead its established Housing Disrepair team.

The firm is recognised across Merseyside for its high-quality work and providing an outstanding service to clients.

Your new role will see you overseeing a team of eight (fee earners and support staff) focusing on housing disrepair claims. You'll be a confident litigator, experienced in handling your own litigated caseload and seeing a claim through from instruction to settlement. You should have previous managerial/team lead experience – however, ambitious, capable litigators are also encouraged to apply. It is essential for the development and management of the team that you are a confident litigator and have a sound knowledge and understanding of the litigation process.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced team leader (or perhaps a litigator looking to change direction and become a specialist) in a growing Housing Disrepair team!
