Commercial/Corporate Legal Counsel - relocation to Malta - open to sector backgrounds

Client

You will be joining a leading international household brand name organisation in the media, entertainment, online gaming and leisure industries.

Role

You will join in a brand newly created role within the legal team, created as result of sustained business success and organic expansion.  You will undertake a hugely diverse and highly varied in-house legal remit, working for example on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters.

You will be rewarded with a highly lucrative remuneration package.

You will either be based in Malta or you will be looking to relocate to Malta for this role.

You

You will either be a qualified UK Solicitor or a qualified EU Lawyer with approximately 4+ years' PQE.  Prior in-house experience is not required for this role and it is open to sector backgrounds, i.e. no prior experiences in the gaming/entertainment/media/leisure sectors are required
