What will you do: 

This full-time role will encapsulate a range of responsibilities, including advising on national and international matters including: 

• Probate administration
• Payment of liabilities and legacies
• Dealing with receipt of funds
• Assisting with attorney administration and trust administration matters 
• Preparation of powers of attorney, attorney admin & trust administration 
• File opening, archiving and billing
• Attending client meetings to sign documents including wills 
• Ensuring all files are compliant with internal and external policies 
• Pro-active participation in marketing initiatives

What do you need: 

• At least 6 months’ previous experience within private client law within a private practice law firm  
• Experience as a private client paralegal
