Litigation Solicitor - This medium sized, multi office practice based in the Surrey Hills has asked us to find them a further experienced litigation Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring solicitor looking to take the next step in their career with a progressive firm.
About the Role
Our client is now looking for a commercially aware solicitor with relevant experience in handing a busy caseload of civil, commercial and property disputes. You will be tasked with taking on a wide range of litigation work. This will comprise of landlord & tenant disputes, TOLATA, probate disputes, professional negligence, contract disputes and debt recovery matters.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have c.3+ years’ PQE+ and will need an impressive track record as they will be assisting a highly experienced Partner. You will need to be a commercially aware individual with a head for marketing and business development.
