I’m working with a leading Scottish law firm which is recruiting for a Private Client solicitor in either its Inverness or Highland offices, offering a high-quality caseload and very strong work/life balance. 

We have assisted multiple Scottish lawyers in their return to the North of Scotland with this firm, and the feedback has been very positive from the successful candidates who have made the jump! 

In this role, you will manage your own caseload of matters ranging from, but not limited to, wills, executries, trusts and estate planning, including inheritance and capital gains tax issues, as well as adults with incapacity matters.
