Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive – Plymouth 

This very well respected private client team is looking to expand and add an additional solicitor or legal executive to its busy and successful private client department

What will you do?  

Handle a broad private client caseload to involve: 

• Wills, Probate and LPAs – also trusts and tax planning if you have that experience, or want to gain it
• The option to get involved in Court of Protection matters (again, if you wish) 
• Advise on complex matters where appropriate 

Who will this suit?

• This role will suit a private client solicitor or legal executive with at least 2 years' PQE within private client law 
• You could be a Legal Executive or Solicitor
