Senior Business Development Executive

Our client, a well-established and growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join a busy and expanding team.

This is a specialist business development role and would suit a candidate with substantial experience to support the Business Development Manager and the wider company.  Previous experience in a law firm or professional services organisation is required.

The role will include working closely with departments across the firm to establish and develop business development strategies and to devise effective business development campaigns.

Identifying tendering opportunities and completing high-quality bids.

Organising and attending business development and networking events.

Directly supervising a staff member. Previous staff-management experience would be useful.

Working closely with stakeholder departments and liaising with the wider business development team and marketing department to contribute to the success of the overall Business Development strategy of the firm.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering a high-quality business development strategy, have excellent interpersonal skills and have a strong interest in all areas of business development and marketing.
