About the Firm I'm currently working closely with a US law firm who are seeking a Conflicts Administrator to join them.
Responsibilities Conducting conflict checks for lawyers on new matters, pitches, and corporate affiliate research requests, Supporting the Conflicts and Compliance teams by assessing relationships between entities and individuals, and integrating these relationships into the conflicts database. Liaising with lawyers and secretaries to gather complete information on incoming work. Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of walls utilising Intapp Walls. Adhering to sanctions procedures and perform relevant database checks. What do you need? Relevant experience in compliance, legal conflicts management, or risk within a major law firm is preferred. Proven ability to collaborate with various levels of personnel to achieve agreed outcomes. Familiarity with conflicts management platforms such as 3E Conflicts, InTapp Open, iManage Conflicts Manager (Elegrity), Pitchbook, Dun & Bradstreet, Worldcheck, Capital IQ, Orbis, and Accuity. Understanding of SRA Rules, US conflict regulations, and anti-money laundering legislation.
