Our client, a dynamic and collaborative firm, is looking for a Company Secretarial Administration Assistant to enhance its Company Secretarial team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, supportive environment and is eager to contribute ideas and make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the incorporation of UK companies
- Prepare inaugural board minutes and supporting documents
- Monitor and ensure timely annual statutory filings
- Maintain statutory records and data management systems
- Handle mailbox management and proactive email follow-ups
What You Need:
- At least 12 months' experience in an administrative role within Co Sec, legal or compliance
- Genuine interest in company secretarial law and practice
- Professional demeanour and proactive team support
Hybrid Working:
- Following the initial 3 months in this Company Secretarial Administration Assistant role, you will benefit from a hybrid working policy set-up of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home
