Our client, a dynamic and collaborative firm, is looking for a Company Secretarial Administration Assistant to enhance its Company Secretarial team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, supportive environment and is eager to contribute ideas and make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the incorporation of UK companies
  • Prepare inaugural board minutes and supporting documents
  • Monitor and ensure timely annual statutory filings
  • Maintain statutory records and data management systems
  • Handle mailbox management and proactive email follow-ups

What You Need:

  • At least 12 months' experience in an administrative role within Co Sec, legal or compliance
  • Genuine interest in company secretarial law and practice
  • Professional demeanour and proactive team support

Hybrid Working:

  • Following the initial 3 months in this Company Secretarial Administration Assistant role, you will benefit from a hybrid working policy set-up of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home
